Supporting families with photos during the newborn stage is one of my very favorite things. It’s such a tender, singular time, and I love to make photos that capture the beauty and magic of newborns, as well as the newly formed and re-formed relationships within the family!
North Carolina: $675 + NC sales tax
Travel (DC, NYC, and beyond): $775
Includes:
Advanced reservation of a newborn spot in your due-month, a detailed getting-ready guide (how should I prep my space? What should I wear? What if my baby cries the whole time?), and an optional get-to-know-you phone call.
A cozy, reassuring newborn session at your home (usually takes about 90 minutes)
Access to my wide range of recommendations and referrals for perinatal support, newborn care, and parenting.
50+ hand-edited, high resolution images delivered in a online gallery with unlimited downloads.

The anna Newborn Experience
I began photographing newborns fourteen years ago as a part of my work as a doula, and it is still one my very favorite ways to connect to families. My goal is for you to come away from your session feeling cared for, seen, and a proud of your family.
My newborn session are cozy and relaxed with lots of room for feeding and snuggling. Please don’t worry if your space isn’t picture perfect— now one’s is! We will find pockets of light that work well, and then ease into admiring your new sweetheart together. Newborn sessions typically take 60-90 minutes— typically of the longer end if there are older siblings or baby is cluster-feeding or fussy— but I have time built into make sure we can get our photos done no matter how long it takes!
